jennifer ketchmark. jennifer calls for graphic full at keya winter storm warning is in effect for brown, butler, clermont, clinton, hamilton, highland and warren counties in ohio until noon tuesday for heavy snow. 2-5" of snow is possible in these counties with locally heavier amounts possible. the higher amounts will fall to the northeast. after noon, the warning drops to a winter weather advisory, which has been issued for the entire tri-state and will continue until 6 a.m. wednesday. the advisory area is still expecting 1-3" of snow in general. light to moderate snow continues to fall as you wake up this morning. you'll notice the greatest impact to the roads will be on our side roads, rural roads and neighborhood streets. a secondary front will bring even colder air into the tri- state late tuesday into wednesday with more scattered light snow. by the time we get to wednesday, the bigger story will be the very cold air. temperatures are only expected in the low 20s and upper teens. then overnight, we drop to 90f for a low on thursday morning. an arctic blast of cold air settles in wednesday through the end of the week with wind chill values falling to near zero by wednesday

breaking news we're following overnight... flames damaged a home in madisonville...the fire broke out just before 11 last night at the house on winona terrace.firefighters were able to contain it to a couple of rooms at the front of the home.there's no reports of any injuries this morning. the driver of a school bus that hit and killed an elementary school principal forgot a crucial safety step. that's according to indianapolis police.they say the woman got out of the driver's seat without putting on the parking brake... moments before it rolled forward and hit susan jordan. jordan pushed several students
